Weighingが大事だ！って習ったことがある人は多いんじゃないでしょうか。
でも実際weighingしようとすると、どうすればいいか分からないですよね。
weighingが沢山使われている音源を2つ紹介したいと思います〜
Motion: This house would replace "real world" prison incarceration with simulated incarceration, for people not sentenced to a life sentence.
Info Slide: For the purposes of this debate, there exists a safe technology which can accurately simulate the experience of being in prison. A person within the simulation will experience the simulation as fully real, including time passing slowly as in "real life", while not interacting with others in the "real world". In reality, even a long sentence in the simulation will be done in a matter of days.

37:40あたりから、why is this a far stronger mechanism than OG? って説明に入っていきます。
1. Works for a far larger number of people
Most prisoners go through short sentences like a year or two. OG’s mech only applies to ppl with long sentences but our mechanism applies to everyone.

Prison reform can work to solve the mechanism OG outlined, but our mechanism is about individual-specific problems with no systemic solutions.
加えて1つメカニズムを足してます。
政治家がシミュレーションを管理してるから、犯罪率増えたら政治家への非難が増える。だから、政治家へのaccountabilityが確保される。
さらにこれもweighingしています。

勝ったのはCGなんですが、これのOWを見ていきます。
最初の3分半はextensionのrebuilding、その後（57:50あたり）でThis extends over OO in 5 waysって説明に入っていきます。
rebuildingの中でweighing1個 + 5つ weighingがあったので、計6つです。
とはいえ、無駄なweighingとかほぼweighingになっていないものもあるし、そもそも個人的にはOOの話あんまり強いと思わなかったので、かなりオーバーキルだと思います。
一応おさらいすると、
OOの話 - ポーランドやハンガリーなど、liberal policiesをopt outする国が出てくる
（プラス、power asymmetryの話もある）
COの話 - 他の国もEU legislationに従う必要があるというexpectationがなくなるので、collective action problemが発生し、EUの結束が弱くなる

これはExtensionのrebuildingの中で話されています。
OOの話はliberal policiesを拒否する国が出てくることに依存しているのに対し、COのexpectationの話はliberal policiesが拒否されるかどうかに依存されないですよね。
